A Taquiza is a Mexican style buffet where guests are presented with many different authentic Mexican seasoned meat, warmed tortillas, toppings and also salsas, appetizers, and sides. Let us serve your guests at your next party, event or dinner. You will have fresh authentic Mexican food, culture, and guaranteed happiness.

Requirements

Taquiza style events require a quote which will expire within 7 business days.

Please allow 24-48 hours to receive a response on a quote.
Check spam email box for responses on quotes if you don’t hear back within 24-48 hours.
At the time of booking, a 50% deposit is required to reserve a date/time.
Taquiza Style events are min. of 30 people.
Taquiza Style options typically have a choice of two different taco meats, however, please advise if you would like more than two meats the same serving size will be provided by the number of guests served.
Please note I typically do not combine birria with a meat option, as birria has more of a time consuming cooking method. I am willing to consider depending on size of the party.
A two week notice is needed for any style of booking.
