We found her from other online recommendations and she didn’t disappoint! Food was perfect. Tacos great size for value. They stayed crispy until serving. Presentation and details beyond what we expected. Salsas were amazing as well. Even per person cups of Consommé for each person to take. Per my daughters request, we ordered these for her party, she said best ever. We had family that never had these before, that on way out, wanted her info because they thought they were amazing. Best of all she is A neighbor, so we even went back this week to get them fresh off the flat top at her pop up. “Perfect!!!! We had Gorda bea's at my daughters graduation party last weekend. Amanda was so wonderful to work with. I had a certain budget and she worked with me to make sure I could get everything I wanted and still worked with my budget. The food blew our expectations out of the water. We had chicken fajitas, Al pastor, and steak and all the fixings of course. Everything was so delicious!!! All of our guest were super impressed as well.
